VNA Care has provided home- and community-based health care to Worcester area residents for more than 130 years. Our home health care services allow people to recover safely at home after a hospitalization or surgery, avoid stays in health care facilities, or learn to manage a newly diagnosed illness or disease. Palliative care provides pain and symptom management for advanced illnesses, while our hospice team provides compassionate care and support to individuals and families facing a terminal illness. The Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester has provided a homelike setting for individuals needing end-of-life care for more than 25 years.
