About Us

VNA Care has provided home- and community-based health care services to Needham area residents since 1891. Our visiting nurses and other clinicians help patients facing an illness or injury reach their optimal health, avoid stays in health care facilities, learn to manage chronic diseases, and much more. When an illness is advanced or terminal, our palliative care and hospice clinicians provide specialized care to promote patients' dignity and quality of life.
