About Us

VNA Care is a nonprofit, community-based organization providing vital home health care for families in Central Massachusetts. For over 140 years, VNA Care has understood that the best place to deliver care is where patients most want to be — at home. Through the community’s generous support, we opened the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in 1997 and today the home remains the sole hospice residence in Central MA, serving hundreds of patients and family members facing life’s final journey each year.
